• Image of Hope print

artwork by:
Amber Alves

about the artwork, from the artist:
I chose the word "hope" as both a nod to my home state of Rhode Island (where the motto is "hope") and President Barack Obama. And, of course, because I hope we don't give up trying to preserve the environment despite the challenges we face due to the new administration.

about the artist:
Amber is a graphic designer, typographic illustrator, and crafter living and working in Denver, Colorado (but she's originally from Rhode Island, as her accent would suggest). When she's not busy making things, she spends her time visiting craft breweries, trying new restaurants, going to baseball games, and enjoying the incredible natural landscape of Colorado.
